I've really been trying to soak up the last month of summer, and have been trying my best to find new additions to my tasty grub collection. The Pork Belly Slices recipe from BBC Good Food is just that, so tasty! The tender pork belly and sticky barbecue sauce was so good together, grilling it for the prefect finish was the best choice. Put them into buns and serve with coleslaw and fries, and you have the best summer dinner recipe!
