A great 10 min full body workout to get your body feeling alive in the morning!

I really like this video from Boho Beautiful that is perfect for waking up your body in the morning! I love it when every muscle feels wide awake. Her nearly 11 minute long video is shot in Georgetown, Exuma, Bahamas. Must've been so beautiful to see the sights while having a workout. I think it was a great video overall.

Titled "Full Body Workout - Quick Morning Wake Up Call", it details a 10 minute wake up routine that can easily be done anywhere. This workout focuses on the abs, glutes, shoulders, and legs so you feel re-energized, re-balanced and ready to take on the day.
