Adho Mukha Vrksasana

In yoga, the handstand is known as Adho Mukha Vrksasana translating to Downward-facing Tree Pose.

This full arm-balancing pose is very helpful in opening up the shoulders and developing wrist and arm strength.

Like with its inverted cousins such as Forearm Balance and Headstand, its good to start off using a wall for balance with the Handstand yoga pose.
