A new challenging workout to try!

The Zova app features a dynamic and challenging full body workout to mix up your exercise routine! I gave it a try and here is what it entailed!

11 exercises:

- squat to side leg lift = 15 reps
- side lunge = 12 reps
- cardio plank = 45 sec
- push-ups (toes) = 10 reps
- cross body crunches = 15 reps
- barrier jumps = 30 secs
- lizard lunges with twists = 15 reps
- glute bridge (left) = 15 reps
- glute bridge (right) = 15 reps
- reverse plank = 1 min
- reverse bicycles = 1 min

After this, you can really feel the burn! I think this is a great full body mix up, and definitely recommend anyone interested in a change of pace to try this routine out! Check our Zova on the app store today!
