Individual Chocolate Melting Cakes

Delicious melting cakes, served warm and topped with caramel sauce and coffee ice cream!

Christmas is coming up and I've been seeing people start their Christmas baking already! I figured I would go on a hunt for the tastiest holiday recipes to cook in December. I came across the recipe for Individual Chocolate Melting Cakes on Real Simple, and I must say.. These truly taste just as good as they look! Delicious - especially with caramel sauced and coffee ice cream!

The follow ingredients were used:

- 10 ounces semisweet or bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- caramel sauce
- coffee ice cream
