While browsing for delicious seafood recipes, I came across the listing for Best-Ever Lobster Roll! It looked so tasty so I figured I'd give it a try, and I am glad I did.
This lobster roll is a Connecticut style lobster roll. That means there is no mayo in sight, just delicious melted butter and some fresh chives. This version allows the lobster to take center stage, and as a crustacean lover, this is perfect for me!
I like that I can also put my own spin on them. If one did prefer a mayo-based version, adding a spoonful of Dijon, Old Bay seasoning or a drizzle of toasted sesame oil can do the trick. I like that I could also leave out the celery or add pickled jalapenos for a kick. Plenty of other options to experiment with as well!
