Charming carriage house plan

I really like the materials and Arts and Crafts styling of this three-car garage apartment plan

The living quarters above makes efficient use of space. It includes a spacious family room, an eat-in kitchen, a bedroom with a wide closet and a full bath. I am leaning towards garage apartment plans that include two bedrooms in the carriage house. I wonder if an additional bedroom could be added to this garage plan if a fourth parking bay was added below.
