Improve your cardio, strength and flexibility with these beginner and intermediate kettlebell exercises

If you’ve swung one then you know; kettlebells are all bells, no whistles. Resembling a mini bowling ball with a handle, kettlebells are great for cardio, strength, and flexibility training. As with all weight training, start low and then work your way up.

These 10 kettlebells can be used for both beginner and intermediate training. Reps and sets will depend on intensity and fitness levels, for most of these moves, we recommend aiming for three to five sets of 10-30 reps with good form.
