Rainbow Cake

Looks like a bit of work, but the outcome would be awesome for a birtday!

It's my little one's birthday soon, I know what kind of cake we're having!

It's interesting that they've used Sprite instead of the ingredients on the box for this rainbow cake. That would never had occurred to me, it cuts down on the fat from the oil and eggs. I might have to give this a whirl before my little one's birthday to make sure it turns out ok.
