Porthole laundry chute

As soon as my wife gets home I'm going to try to convince her that we need a porthole laundry chute

What a great idea. It just so happens we could make this work in our house. The laundry room is over the upstairs hall. We could put this laundry chute in a corner with a brass porthole and hinged window.
