Low Carb Cheese Chips
Lightly grease a microwavable safe plate with Pam or butter. Not super thick, you just do NOT want to see what happens if you don't--trust me! Now, grab a handful of shredded cheese and lay on your plate in a circle.
Now stick it in the microwave for about 3-4 minutes. It kind of depends on how much cheese you have, but it usually takes only that long. It will harden from the outside in, so if you check it and it's still gooey in the middle, stick if back in for a bit longer.
If you're going to use it for chips, take it off the plate and lay it on a paper towel for a minute or two. As it cools it will get crispier. You can break it up or cut it with a pizza cutter into triangle chips. DONE.
