Angel Falls is the highest waterfall in the world, at 1,002 metres (3,287 ft)

Canaima National Park was established in 1962. It is the second largest park in the country and sixth largest national park in the world. The park is the size of Belgium or Maryland.

Canaima National Park is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The park is located in Bolívar State in south-eastern Venezuela boarding Brazil and Guyana.
