Oven-Roasted Pulled Pork with Sweet-and-Spicy Sauce

A deliciously easy barbecue dinner!

I have really been in the mood for some barbecued food, and when I came across this Oven-Roasted Pulled Pork with Sweet-and-Spicy Sauce recipe on the website for Country Living, my mouth instantly began to water. It allows me to enjoy succulent pulled pork while letting my oven do all the work roasting it. The sweet and spicy sauce was absolutely mouthwatering as well.

The following ingredients were used:

Oven-Roasted Pulled Pork
- 1 tbsp. ground cumin
- 1 tbsp. ground coriander
- 1 tbsp. paprika
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 7-pound bone-in, skin-on pork butt or shoulder, cut into 3 pieces
- 1/2 c. apricot jam
- 2 medium onions, thinly sliced
- 4 jalapeños, seeded and thinly sliced
- Thick-sliced white bread, for serving
- Sweet-and-Spicy Sauce
- 1 c. apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 c. ketchup
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper

- Delicious sauce and succulent pulled pork
- Easy to cook, oven does all the work
- Yields 10 servings
