My little one loves the 4x4 Response Unit kit from LEGO! Using imagination, they get to join the rough and ready crew of the LEGO City coast guard and their 4x4 Response Unit.

This LEGO kit, consisting of 347 pieces for boys and girls between the ages of 5 and 12 years old, includes 3 mini-figures: 2 Coast Guard members and 1 diver, plus an octopus figure. All LEGO City building toys are compatible with all LEGO construction sets for creative building, which is really good! I have a feeling my little one and I will be building more LEGO kits together, and when they are all compatible, it leaves so much more room for creativity when building something of your own with the amassed parts.

I like how the 4x4 truck has so much detail! It has an opening mini-figure cab, opening rear compartment with space for tools and gear, and a detachable trailer for the included rescue craft with room for 2 mini-figures, drop-down engines and spinning propellers, radio antennas, toolbox and life preservers.
