Delicious Crash Hot Potatoes

To make these delicious crash hot potatoes, first boil small potatoes in a pot of water. Once the potatoes are tender, place them on an oiled cookie sheet and gently press down on the potato with a potato masher. Add seasoning and put on the top rack of the oven and bake at 450 for 20-25 minutes.
